*Responsibilities*
* Represent clients in family law cases, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and adoption processes.
* Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
* Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and contracts.
* Prepare for hearings and trial by organizing evidence and developing case strategies.
* Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
* Communicate clearly with clients to keep them informed about case developments and legal options.
* Manage multiple cases efficiently using legal case management systems while maintaining meticulous records of all case activities.
*Experience*
* Proven experience practicing family law with a strong understanding of procedural law and statutory regulations.
* Experience in trial preparation with a focus on litigation advocacy.
* Skilled in legal research and writing.
* Prior law office experience involving client communication, legal motion preparation, contract drafting, and procedural tasks. xhmxlyz
* Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to advocate effectively in court settings.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
