OPPORTUNITY HIGHLIGHTS

Pay: $100,000-$110,000 annually | Based on experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days onsite each week and the remaining days remote.

Bonus/Incentives: Bonus opportunity and total compensation negotiable based on experience

Travel: Regional travel throughout Connecticut is expected and important to success in the role

Location: Based in Central Connecticut with the ability to work across the Middletown office and hospital locations and travel regionally as needed.

This is not a campaign coordinator role. As Regional Marketing Manager, you'll be a strategic business partner embedded with hospital and regional leaders, owning the Connecticut marketing plan, translating business and service-line needs into measurable growth initiatives, and driving campaigns from planning through results.

You'll also shape referral growth, reputation, local content, analytics, attribution, and budget decisions that connect marketing activity to appointments, referrals, and revenue.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE | NON-NEGOTIABLE

• 7+ years of marketing experience with proven ownership of multi-location or regional marketing, including significant budget management and spend optimization.

• Based in Central Connecticut with the ability to work across the Middletown office and hospital locations and travel regionally as needed.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with director-level presence; able to influence hospital and operational leaders without direct authority.

• Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives and service-line opportunities into measurable marketing plans, execute end-to-end with minimal oversight, and connect performance to appointments, referrals, revenue, and ROI.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS | NOT A DEAL BREAKER

• Experience partnering directly with field or hospital leadership teams and driving measurable growth across multiple locations or service lines.

• Background in veterinary, multi-location healthcare, dental, medical practices, hospitality, franchise, or another distributed service business.

• Hands-on experience across digital marketing, paid media, CRM, analytics, online reputation, referral marketing, community partnerships, and local-market activation. Experience with Google Ads, Meta, GA4, CallRail, HubSpot, Power BI, AI tools, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Entrepreneurial, driven, curious, relationship-oriented, organized, and comfortable building structure in a fast-moving environment. Veterinary experience is helpful, but COVE can teach our hospitals, systems, and internal processes.
