Information Technology Technician

This onsite IT Support Technician will serve as the face of IT , providing hands‑on technical support across three Indianapolis locations . The role focuses on enhancing digital user experience through proactive troubleshooting , hardware/software maintenance , security compliance , and end‑user support (including onboarding and device management). Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for IT issues (hardware, OS, apps, onboarding, accessories). Ensure device reliability through updates, patches, and performance monitoring. Support users in‑office and remotely (including international travel support). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across Windows, Mac, and iOS . Facilitate adoption of new IT tools and services . Leverage data analytics to identify and resolve productivity blockers. Communicate technical information to both technical and non‑technical users. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. Certifications (Any 1) : CompTIA A+, Apple Certified Support Professional, Microsoft 365 Fundamentals. Experience in help desk and customer service . Strong knowledge of O365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). Basic understanding of security/privacy principles . Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and iOS environments. #J-18808-Ljbffr
