The Associate Customer Success Manager (CSM) supports a portfolio of customers in our volume segement through scalable, technology-driven engagement. This entry-level role focuses on executing customer communication campaigns, supporting renewals, identifyinggrowth opportunities, and ensuring customers receive the right information at the right time. Success in this role comes from strong organization, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute email campaigns and customer outreach using marketing and customer success platforms.
• Monitor customer health and engagement metrics to identify customers who may need additional support.
• Support auto-renewal activities by ensuring customers receive timelycommunications and required documentation.
• Identify and route upsell and cross-sell opportunities to the appropriate sales team.
• Respond to basic customer inquiries and direct more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity in CRM and customer success platforms.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Support teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
• Track outreach performance and contribute ideas to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience in customer service, customer success, sales support, or a related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and using CRM and customer engagement tools (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight, HubSpot, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in Customer Success.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with email campaigns or customer communications.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and productivity tools.
• Interest in SaaS, technology, or customer experience.
• Internships or similar experiences
