Key Responsibilities * Schedule and coordinate Ford Mobile Service appointments for customers. * Communicate with customers regarding service needs, appointment times, and repair updates. * Work closely with mobile technicians, service advisors, and parts departments to ensure parts and tools are ready for each appointment. * Verify repair orders and ensure proper documentation and warranty coding when applicable. * Monitor and manage the mobile service schedule and route planning to maximize efficiency. * Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns. * Assist with processing repair orders, invoices, and warranty claims when needed. * Maintain accurate records of mobile service activity and reporting. Qualifications * Previous automotive service department experience preferred * Strong organizational and communication skills * Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Experience with Ford systems is a plus * Strong customer service mindset * Basic understanding of automotive service and maintenance We are an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
