Physician Assistant (PA)

Provide comprehensive patient care:

Examine patients, obtain health histories, perform physical examinations, and assess patient conditions to develop appropriate diagnoses and treatment plans. Develop treatment plans:

Diagnose and manage common acute and chronic conditions and prescribe medications and therapies in collaboration with supervising physicians and within the scope of Illinois PA practice. Collaborate with physicians:

Work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care. Order and interpret diagnostics:

Order, administer, and interpret diagnostic testing, including laboratory work, EKGs, and imaging studies, as appropriate. Provide preventive and holistic care:

Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, growth and development, family planning, and preventive healthcare. Perform clinical procedures:

Provide services such as injections, suturing, wound care, immunizations, and other procedures within scope of practice. Coordinate patient care:

Follow up on patient needs, referrals, diagnostic results, and ongoing treatment plans. Support the clinical team:

Work collaboratively with medical assistants, technicians, physicians, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure efficient patient care. What You'll Bring

2–5 years of experience in Primary Care and Pediatrics preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply. Active Illinois Physician Assistant license required. Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program required. NCCPA certification required. Bilingual in English and Polish required. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills. A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment.
