Plus, an Extended Leave Bank (ELB)Excellent and affordable benefits package (over 20+ benefits offered including pet insurance)FREE meals during shift and FREE parkingCareer development opportunities across UHS* and its 400+ locationsYour role and responsibilities will include:Ensuring coordinated delivery of patient care in accordance with the established standards of care, mental health practice and hospital policy, goals and objectives.Assists in contributing to the hospital's philosophy, objectives, educational and Performance & Improvement efforts, while providing supervision of House Supervisors, RN's and MHTs.Assist the CNO in filing, tracking and implementing staff scheduling.Assisting the DON/ADON in evaluating, reviewing, designing and implementing hospital training events with respect to all RN//MHT staff required training.Also provides patient nursing assessments and participates in Treatment Team meetings on as-needed basisYour Skills & Qualifications will include:Valid Utah RN license or license authorized to practice in UtahASN REQUIRED, BSN highly preferred(3-5) years' of experience working in a psych/detox inpatient setting required, (5-8) years' experience preferredA passion for helping others rediscover their "hope"Knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures is essentialMust be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check & drug screenEEO Statement - We believe that diversity and inclusion among our teammates is critical to our success.
