Detail-oriented and collaborative, the full-time remote Copy Editor will perform final quality checks on creative content, ensuring brand consistency and grammatical accuracy while managing smaller marketing communications projects and engaging with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities Perform final reviews of creative outputs, including marketing materials and social media content, ensuring quality and adherence to style guides Provide constructive feedback to team members and collaborate with writers and designers to maintain brand voice and editorial standards Manage and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment, while communicating effectively with stakeholders Required qualifications Minimum of 3+ years of professional proofreading, copy editing, or editorial experience, preferably in an in-house creative team or agency Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred Experience within healthcare, life sciences, or biopharmaceutical industries required Strong command of the English language and in-depth knowledge of standard style guides Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Workfront Virtual Vocations Inc
