RN Clinical Educator

The RN Clinical Educator will be responsible for developing and delivering educational programs for nursing staff. This role requires a strong clinical background in labor and delivery. The educator will collaborate with nursing leadership to assess educational needs. Additionally, the position involves providing teaching and mentorship to nursing staff. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse teams. The RN Clinical Educator will also participate in quality improvement initiatives. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks are essential. A commitment to ongoing professional development is required.
