Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Consultant Territory Location: Greensboro, NC Areas Responsibilities Meet face‑to‑face with customers in their homes to provide in‑home flooring estimates, engage in prospecting and lead generation, and utilize the well‑known Empire brand to generate referrals and additional customers. Compensation 100% commission plus commission bonus opportunity. Average earnings $50,000–$70,000 in the first year; top performers earn well over $100,000. Uncapped commissions paid weekly. Requirements Valid driver’s license and a vehicle capable of transporting flooring sample boards. Minimum of 2 installed sales per month. Attendance at sales meetings and training sessions (in person and virtual). Availability for evening and weekend appointments. Direct seller contract requirement. Excellent customer service delivery. Ability to use electronic tablets and measuring devices for sales presentations. Professional presentation in Empire branded apparel.
