Youll form genuine connections with residents, work alongside a supportive team, and live our Extraordinary Impressions Values every day./ppYour Responsibilities:/pulliSafely prepares, administers, and charts oral, topical suppository drugs./liliClearly identifies resident with proper medication./liliChecks and prepares each dose immediately preceding administration./liliAssists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, etc./liliPromptly communicate with Charge Nurse and leadership team with any changes in the residents condition./li/ulpWhat Success Looks Like:/pulliLive our Extraordinary Impressions Values./lili40 hours of classroom laboratory instruction for QMA requirements approved by Indiana State Board of Health./liliCompletion of supervised 20-hour practicum in administering medication in LT care facility./liliHigh School diploma or GED required./lili105 hours Certified Nursing Assistant Program as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health or equivalent as approved by the Indiana State Board of Health./liliRequires having name placed on Certified Nursing Assistant Registry at time of hire as required by the Indiana State Board of Health.
