Estimator Position
Our award-winning construction client, recognized for their exceptional customer service, outstanding safety record, and solid reputation, is seeking an Estimator to add to their team! The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office markets. If you are a results-driven professional with a passion for excellence in construction management - we want to hear from you! WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction including labor and material costs
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as needed
- Write up and present budgets, reports, and project plans
- Developing and managing estimates on multiple, simultaneous projects
- Work with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams, while also being able to work autonomously
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as an Estimator in the commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, and office markets
- Experience working on projects valued up to $50M
- Proficiency in using construction management software and tools
- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A primary focus on delivering the best customer service experience
