About the role
\nOur client is a Southeast GC with decades of experience delivering water, wastewater and industrial utility projects. They're looking for a Project Manager to lead projects from award through close-out, working closely with on-site superintendents and the wider project team.
\nKey responsibilities
\n- \n
- Lead overall delivery of one or more projects, setting objectives and acting as the main contact for the client \n
- Build and maintain the project schedule and budget \n
- Direct the on-site superintendent to keep work on schedule and within cost \n
- Prepare change orders and manage cost forecasting and reporting \n
- Manage subcontractors, procurement and material approvals \n
- Promote and enforce site safety standards \n
- Secure permits, maintain project logs and manage full project close-out \n
