Detailed Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Adobe Personalization & Experience Platform Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of personalized digital experiences across member and provider engagement channels. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP), Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and Journey Optimizer, with a strong understanding of healthcare member engagement strategies.
This role will partner closely with business, marketing, digital product, analytics, and technology teams to create data-driven personalization strategies that improve member experience, engagement, acquisition, retention, and health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) -
Design and implement customer data models within Adobe Experience Platform.
Configure identities, schemas, datasets, audiences, and customer profiles.
Build and manage Real-Time Customer Profiles and customer segmentation strategies.
Integrate member, provider, claims, and engagement data sources into AEP.
Ensure data governance, consent management, security, and HIPAA compliance.

Personalization & Customer Experience -
Design and deploy personalized member experiences across web, mobile, email, and digital channels.
Develop audience segmentation and next-best-action strategies.
Implement behavioral, demographic, and predictive targeting models.
Create journey orchestration workflows using Adobe Journey Optimizer.
Drive personalization initiatives that improve member engagement and satisfaction.

Adobe Target & Optimization -
Configure and manage A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization campaigns.
Analyze experimentation results and provide optimization recommendations.
Collaborate with UX and Product teams to improve digital experiences using data insights.

Analytics & Insights -
Leverage Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics to monitor member behavior and campaign effectiveness.
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Identify trends, opportunities, and personalization improvements through data analysis.

Cross-Functional Collaboration -
Partner with Marketing, Digital, Product, Engineering, Data, and AI teams.
Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into personalization solutions.
Support roadmap development for customer experience and digital engagement initiatives.
