• Our candidate is a motivated individual who possesses multiple IT skills and layers of various technical experience. Candidate will be interacting with high-end executives. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, with a ‘can-do’ customer service mindset. Our ideal candidate will earn 6+ figures annually. While performing your duties the employee may be privy to confidential information and may be required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

TRAVEL

• This role requires a resource who is comfortable traveling and can work in multiple cities as needed.
• Candidate must be a collaborator who excels in deadline-driven environments. We are seeking a candidate who can maintain a sense of humor while keeping deadlines at the forefront of their mind. Heightened ability to listen and communicate.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

• Networking skills are essential.
• Broad knowledge and experience in computer networks, VPN, and IP Printing
• AV knowledge and implementation
• Above average skills in desktop user support and printer troubleshooting
• Excellent skills in cabling and hardware
• Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate into large team environment and work well with different personalities.
• Law firm—IT and Litigation Support experience is a plus.
• A/V knowledge a plus

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Candidate will often be required to load/unload equipment; must be able to lift at least 40 lbs. In addition, the candidate will also sporadically transport equipment, clients, and personnel. Good vision and hearing are required to ensure everyone’s safety.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• AAS or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5 years of experience with IT and networks
• Specialized training in VPN preferred.
• MSM, MCITP, etc., preferred.
• Network and Phones
• Connect network to ISP’s (primary and secondary connection)
• Create a network for trial team behind a firewall.
• Implement printers, workstation, servers.
• AV Knowledge and implementation

PRINTING SUPPORT:

• Configure printers via IP printing or VPN printing.
• General maintenance of printers: paper, toner, jams, and cleaning
• Keep printing supplies stocked.

COMPUTER SUPPORT:

• Function as a help desk
• Support desktop user and troubleshoot issues.
• Network and Phones (VOIP experience is a plus)
• Connect network to ISP’s (primary and secondary connection)
• Create a network for trial team behind a firewall.
• Implement printers, workstation, servers.
• Must be able to do other tasks not related to IT to assist the teams in any way possible.
