Registered Nurse (RN) – 12-Hour Shifts

Location: Clarksburg, WV
Schedule: 12-Hour-- Day Shift 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM-- Night Shift 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM

The contract is for six months, renewable. Please inform them that they will be responsible for scheduling their own availability. However, the following requirements apply:

• Day shift: Must include at least one Friday and two full weekends per month, plus any other days of their choice.
• Night shift: Must include at least two Fridays and two Saturdays per month, plus any other days of their choice.
  Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year RN Experience
  Start Date: Immediate Openings Available

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team in Clarksburg, West Virginia . This is a 6-month contract position with the opportunity for renewal based on performance and facility needs. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Monitor patient conditions and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Ensure accurate and timely electronic medical record (EMR) documentation.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in West Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
