As a Server in our casual dining environment, you will be an essential part of a medium-sized team (6-15) delivering excellent customer service. Your role involves taking orders, serving food, managing payments, and ensuring a clean and welcoming atmosphere. You will be expected to handle busy seasonal periods with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately record customer orders
• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously
• Interact professionally with customers to enhance their dining experience
• Set up and maintain clean, organized tables
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently upheld
• Process payments and handle cash transactions securely
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge for customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house team members

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in food service
• Customer service skills
• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems
