The Salad Bar Attendant is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining the salad bar in a corporate cafeteria setting.

• Prepare fruits, vegetables, salads, dressings, and other cold food items according to recipes and production standards.
• Set up, stock, replenish, and maintain the salad bar throughout service, ensuring an attractive presentation and proper food temperatures.
• Label, date, rotate, and store food products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salad bar, prep areas, workstations, and serving supplies.
• Assist customers with questions regarding menu items and ingredients.
• Prepare grab-and-go items, sandwiches, and other cold menu items as needed.
• Perform cleaning duties and work in accordance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Assist with other kitchen and caf duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 1+ years experience in food service preferred
• Top notch communication skills
• ServSafe certification a plus
