Ex: Political Director, Communications Director) JOB DESCRIPTION All on the Field runs paid canvassing and ballot-access programs supporting 2026 Democratic campaigns. We're hiring a State Field Director to lead our canvass program in Greensboro/Guilford County, North Carolina. You'll manage a paid canvass team of 20+ workers, with potential for the program to expand, and direct day-to-day field operations on the ground. Responsibilities: Direct daily operations of the Guilford County canvass program Recruit, train, and supervise canvassers and team leads Develop staffing plans and verify hours Maintain data quality through spot-checks and fraud prevention Establish and monitor production goals Coordinate with operations staff on recruitment and logistics Report metrics to leadership daily Requirements: 2+ cycles of field experience Team management experience (managing managers preferred) Track record of meeting metric-driven goals on deadline Proficiency with VAN/Votebuilder and standard field tools Ability to remain composed under pressure Calid driver's license, vehicle access, and willingness to relocate to/be based in Greensboro, NC This is a full-time role requiring evening and weekend availability to match field team hours, running through November 2026.
