SENIOR LEVEL REAL ESTATE (LEASING) ATTORNEY - ATLANTA Our client is a national law firm with a current need for a Senior Leasing Attorney in their Atlanta office. This firm is highly regarded for their Real Estate practice expertise and offers top of the line compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five years' experience with large scale leasing transactions. Additional experience in financing and acquisition and disposition of real estate assets is helpful. Proficiency with complex legal drafting along with excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required. The attorney in this role will play a key role in managing and executing real estate leasing and acquisition transactions from start through completion. Working within a specialist real estate team, you will enjoy frequent and direct client contact on matters related to commercial leases and property acquisitions.
