Responsibilities Conduct intake meetings with Candidates based on experience Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social media Source and contact passive Accounting & Finance Candidates online Network with Accounting & Finance Candidates offline during job fairs, networking events Screen resumes and job applications Interview Accounting & Finance Candidates (Zoom/In‑Person) to build up network and provide to sales team Update Candidates on hiring status for certain roles submitted to Prepare Candidates before interviews with clients Create talent pipelines with high‑potential Accounting & Finance Candidates for future job opportunities Keep detailed records of Candidates’ information and past feedback for future roles Manage a portfolio of Accounting & Finance Candidates and maintain good relationships with them Adhere to core activity metrics laid out by management Requirements BS/BA in business management or sales field preferred Excellent verbal and written communications and relationship‑building skills Ability to work in a fast‑paced competitive sales environment Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Desire to grow and take on more responsibilities Desire to exceed metric benchmarks and become a top producer 1+ Years’ experience as a top producer from other staffing agency a plus but not required #J-18808-Ljbffr
