We’re looking for a highly motivated Agency Recruiter to join our Boston team! To note - this role is primarily remote / onsite 1x per week. If you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment , love connecting with people, and know how to turn potential into placement, this is your next move. What You’ll Do: Manage and build a strong candidate pipeline of technical professionals nationwide Own the full recruiting process — sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing Conduct cold calls, outreach, and follow-ups to engage top talent Partner closely with Account Managers to align talent with client needs Maintain accurate and organized candidate data within our ATS Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact to offer What You Bring: Ideally 1–3+ years of experience in a sales centric/recruiting environment (not a must have) Strong communication and people skills - you build trust fast A proactive, goal-oriented mindset - you like to win and help others win Ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping details tight Confidence picking up the phone and driving results through outreach Why You’ll Love It Here: Collaborative, high-energy team environment Uncapped earning potential and clear growth paths Recognition for hard work - we celebrate success A culture built on grit, integrity, and impact Annual salary & bonus incentives. 401k, dental, medical, vision, company-paid holidays, paid time off, and Mondo’s FUEL program for reimbursements on certain wellness expenses.
