The Graduate Recruiter/Researcher will identify, engage, and build relationships with specialist candidates while supporting experienced consultants on active searches. Role Highlights Find and connect with talented professionals using LinkedIn, recruitment platforms, networking, and market research. Work on live vacancies from the outset, giving you opportunities to contribute to placements and start earning commission. Build relationships with candidates and learn how to understand their career goals, experience, and motivations. Develop expertise across growing renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering, and data center talent markets. Receive practical coaching from experienced recruiters and build skills that can accelerate your career progression. You Will Need A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, with applications welcomed from recent and upcoming graduates. Strong communication skills and the confidence to start conversations and build relationships with new people. A motivated, goal-oriented mindset with an interest in developing a commercially focused career. Good organization and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple conversations and priorities.
