Coordinate and manage patient and clinician schedules efficiently. Track daily scheduling metrics and communicate scheduling trends to leadership. Answer incoming calls while providing exceptional customer service to patients, clinicians, and visitors. Maintain accurate patient records within scheduling and billing systems. Complete scheduling documentation, forms, and correspondence. Provide administrative, billing, and customer service support as needed. Protect confidential patient information and maintain HIPAA compliance. Maintain dependable attendance while supporting the changing needs of the department. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a medical office or healthcare setting preferred. Experience in a high-volume medical office environment required. Patient scheduling experience in a physician’s office or healthcare setting preferred. Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
