Make a meaningful impact as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist supporting PreK-12th grade students—primarily in early childhood—through vital communication and language development services. This full-time, contract opportunity offers up to 40 hours per week in a welcoming educational setting near Parma, MI. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff and families, making a lasting difference in students’ academic journeys.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Michigan SLP license (verify credentials via the Michigan Department of Education portal)
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) from ASHA
• Experience in school-based settings, particularly with early childhood or elementary populations, is preferred
• Ability to work onsite (this is not a remote/VOCO role)
• For clinical fellows (CFs), please ensure a supervisory SLP is arranged

Responsibilities Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, primarily in the early childhood age group
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Providing direct intervention services tailored to each student’s needs
• Consulting with teachers, administrators, and families to facilitate educational and developmental objectives
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and supporting ongoing progress monitoring
