Make a meaningful impact supporting students’ communication skills in a dynamic school environment! This full-time, onsite Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) contract opportunity focuses on servicing PreK through 12th grade, with an emphasis on early childhood populations. You’ll collaborate closely with a supportive multidisciplinary team to assess and address a range of speech and language needs, helping students thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active Michigan SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA required
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
• Comfortable working onsite; this position is not available for virtual or remote providers
• If you are completing your Clinical Fellowship (CF), a pre-arranged supervisor is mandatory
• Ability to manage a full caseload across PreK-12, with a strong focus on early childhood
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and individualized therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Communicate progress, recommendations, and strategies to educators, staff, and families
• Work alongside other professionals to promote best outcomes for students
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning

As an onsite provider, you’ll benefit from a set schedule—up to 40 hours per week—helping to foster consistent connections with students and staff in a welcoming educational community. Support will be available for onboarding, case management, and clinical development.
