Job Description At U.S. Bank, we believe strong client relationships are built through exceptional service, expertise, and execution. As a Healthcare Loan Closer, you'll support healthcare and practice finance clients by leading the pre-closing and closing process for a variety of commercial lending transactions. Working closely with Healthcare Relationship Managers and Practice Finance Business Development Officers, you'll help ensure a seamless client experience while coordinating complex loan closings, managing documentation, and maintaining compliance with bank and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead pre-closing and closing activities for healthcare and practice finance loans, including commercial real estate, construction, term loans, lines of credit, and investment real estate transactions Review loan approvals and loan documentation prepared by internal teams and outside counsel Collect, monitor, and manage required closing documentation and loan conditions Coordinate with relationship managers, business development officers, credit partners, legal counsel, attorneys, consultants, and title companies to facilitate successful closings Manage fee collection and escrow setup, when applicable Communicate proactively with clients regarding documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps Identify and resolve issues that arise during the due diligence and closing process Ensure compliance with approval requirements, regulatory standards, and bank policies Support client retention and relationship growth by delivering an exceptional client experience Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience Typically seven or more years of job-related experience The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
