Physical Therapist Department: Ambulatory Services | OP Rehab at Dublin Job Overview The Rehab Team Member is a licensed physical therapist working in a multidisciplinary outpatient rehabilitation program, primarily caring for patients with neurologic injuries. The role involves evaluating, treating, and managing care plans within a team‑based environment. Responsibilities Assess patients and collaborate with team members to establish care plans. Provide a wide variety of treatment techniques to patients. Educate and support families about care and rehabilitation. Facilitate continuing care planning and discharge planning. Evaluate quality of services and participate in outcomes management activities. Minimum Qualifications Current licensure with the State of Ohio, Physical Therapy and Athletic Training Board or Ohio Board of Physical Therapy. Degree from an accredited institution. Current BLS certification preferred. Additional Information Location: Ohio State Outpatient Care Dublin (1045) Position Type: Regular Hours: 40 per week, First Shift Background check and drug screen/physical may be required.
