Project Executive

We are partnered with an established General Contractor seeking an experienced Project Executive to join their Chicago-area team as part of a strategic growth initiative within their Industrial business. Industrial is the company’s core market, supported by additional expertise in Medical/Pharmaceutical and Data Center construction. The company already has a strong Industrial platform, experienced teams, and an established client base. Their growth strategy is centered around strategic talent acquisition — bringing in proven industry leaders who can expand the business through the relationships, clients, and opportunities they have developed throughout their careers. They are looking for a Project Executive who can: Provide executive oversight of complex Industrial projects from preconstruction through completion Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams Drive project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction Maintain and expand relationships with owners, developers, and other key industry stakeholders Bring a strong network of Industrial clients and decision-makers Leverage existing relationships to introduce new clients and opportunities to the company Help expand the company’s Industrial footprint through both project leadership and strategic client development Partner with senior leadership on continued growth of the Industrial business Ideal Candidate 10+ years of Industrial construction experience Current or recent experience as a Project Executive, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or similar Proven track record leading complex Industrial projects Strong financial and operational acumen Established relationships with Industrial owners, developers, and decision-makers A demonstrated ability to bring clients, relationships, and new opportunities with them Strong knowledge of the Chicago/Midwest Industrial market Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills This is an opportunity to join an established Industrial-first GC that is investing in experienced leaders as a key component of its growth strategy. #J-18808-Ljbffr NES Fircroft
