Staff Nurse - UIC Miles Square

Responsibilities / Essential Duties Processes patients from assessment to discharge in both medication-assisted treatment and drug-free treatment programming. Dispenses all medication under procedures set forth by Family Guidance Center, Substance Use Prevention and Recovery, Clinical Sustainability Assessment Tool and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Monitors the appropriateness of methadone and other medication dosages. Monitors the physical and mental health well-being of patients and documents findings. Must be available to travel if needed. Start Date, Location, Pay, Schedule Start Date: ASAP Location: UIC Miles Square Pay Rate: $30.00 Schedule: Monday - Friday (6:15 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.) Environment & Compliance Family Guidance Centers, Inc. is a Drug Free Environment (including THC and/or CBD). Required Experience & Credentials Education and/or Experience: At least two years' experience in hospital or agency setting (preferred). Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: L.P.N. registered in the State of Illinois and certified in CPR (required).
