Machine Operator - 1st Shift

Cardinal Staffing is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join a plastic fabrication manufacturing team. The company specializes in plastic fabrication and plastic injection molding. The Machine Operator will assist with daily manufacturing operations by operating production machinery and equipment, following established safety and quality procedures, and helping ensure production runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a manufacturing environment and is committed to producing quality products. Shift is 6am - 430pm, Monday - Thursday with possible OT on Friday. Pay starts at $15/hr with performance based increases at 30 and 90 days. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery and equipment according to training and established procedures. Follow all company safety guidelines and quality control procedures. Support daily production activities to help meet manufacturing goals. Perform assigned tasks in accordance with company quality management system (QMS) requirements. Maintain a safe and organized work area. Assist with other production-related duties as needed. Follow instructions from the Foreman, General Manager, and other designated supervisors. Minimum Qualifications Previous machine operating experience Minimum education equivalent to 10th grade. Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds. Willingness to learn how to operate specific manufacturing machinery and equipment. Ability to follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions. Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist with various production tasks.
