Account Executive

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join one of our healthcare services clients. This individual will play a key role in developing strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations and driving business growth through the sale of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated sales professional with a strong background in healthcare BPO, revenue cycle management, and complex solution selling. This position requires exceptional communication, presentation, and critical-thinking skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with decision-makers and guide prospects through the sales cycle from initial outreach to long-term partnership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound sales efforts.
• Identify, engage, and establish relationships with prospective healthcare clients.
• Drive opportunities through the sales funnel, converting leads into long-term customers.
• Present and communicate BPO service offerings through meetings, presentations, emails, and other client interactions.
• Educate prospective clients on the benefits and value of outsourcing solutions.
• Assess client needs, identify challenges, and recommend tailored solutions.
• Meet and exceed established revenue goals and sales objectives.
• Gather information regarding project scope, budgets, timelines, and business requirements.
• Collaborate with internal leadership and operational teams to align client expectations with service delivery.
• Track, document, and maintain all sales activities within a CRM system.
• Attend networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to generate and nurture business relationships.
• Travel as needed for introductory, discovery, and relationship-building meetings.
