Key Qualifications:

• Active or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license (CFY welcome)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or the drive to obtain it
• Experience in pediatrics, educational settings, or healthcare
• Skill in delivering therapy onsite and via teletherapy platforms
• Understanding of diverse speech, language, and communication needs
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and meeting each student’s unique challenges

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessment and intervention for students K-12
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans targeting each student’s goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
• Maintain documentation and participate in IEP meetings and progress reviews
• Foster a positive, encouraging environment where communication milestones are celebrated
