Help seniors navigate Medicare options, guide enrollments with confidence, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, all while meeting sales goals in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Location: Frisco, TX

Compensation & Schedule : $22.00/hour

• Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00am–8:00pm; occasional Saturdays during peak season

• Employment Type: W2 | Temp Contract

• Start Date: ASAP

ROLE IMPACT:

Join a mission-driven healthcare organization as a Licensed Medicare Insurance Representative, helping seniors and eligible consumers compare and enroll in Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. This role is designed for licensed sales professionals with prior call center Medicare experience. You’ll support members through compliant, compassionate enrollment experiences that meet CMS standards while achieving performance and service goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to educate consumers on Medicare plan options and guide them through enrollment

• Explain plan benefits, eligibility, and timelines while maintaining CMS compliance and ethical sales practices

• Accurately document call activity and customer interactions within CRM systems

• Meet individual and team sales targets while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction

• Maintain active state health license and adhere to company and federal regulations

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Health Insurance License (required for Medicare sales)

• Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a Medicare call center sales environment (inbound or outbound)

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must pass background check and drug screen

• Independent brokers or field agents will not be considered for this position

CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS

• Salesforce or similar CRM systems

• Medicare plan comparison and enrollment software

• Compliance verification tools and CMS audit systems

• Microsoft Office Suite

• Familiarity with AHIP certification standards

PREFERRED SKILLS

• AHIP certification preferred (or ability to obtain prior to hire)

• Bilingual (Spanish or other languages) a plus

• Strong knowledge of Medicare Advantage and AEP (Annual Enrollment Period) processes
