Accounts Payable Clerk

Pacific Cataract & Laser Institute

OBJECTIVE

In a positive and cheerful manner, support and work alongside the AP team to assure the continued good credit standing of PCLI by processing accounts payable in a timely and appropriate manner. Develop and maintain harmonious working relationships with all PCLI staff and vendors.

REPORTS TO

Finance Director

STATUS

3/4 Time (30-39 hours per week)

SCHEDULE

Monday through Thursday, 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00 am-1:00 pm

REQUIRED SKILLS

Accounts Payable/Accounting experience is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer skills proficient in Excel and Word; prior experience with computer accounting software
Basic accounting skills
Team-player qualities, including: Positive, cooperative attitude
Willingness to go the extra mile
Discretion
Production-oriented

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Able to sit for extended periods of time
Reach and stoop to file levels
Answer telephone
Operate PC using keyboard
Good vision for close work with numbers
