Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Homecare (Pediatric & Adult) $42$46/hour + Weekly Pay Join Maxim Healthcare Services Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one care to pediatric and/or adult patients in their homes. • Responsibilities
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Deliver skilled nursing services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including physiological and psychosocial changes
• Collect, analyze, and interpret patient data to identify actual or potential nursing needs
• Document care, observations, and patient progress accurately and timely
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity and quality of care

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in the state of Massachusetts
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Current TB test or chest X-ray (as required)
• Minimum of one year of professional nursing experience preferred
