Duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive registered nurse (RN) care for long term care residents
• Administering medications/interventions as prescribed
• Offering emotional support and education about treatments and procedures
• Maintaining accurate medical records and keeping team informed of changes in patient status
• Complying to all regulatory protocols and policies related to infection control and nursing care

Skills and qualifications include:

• Active LPN license issued by MA required
• Clean background check and drug screen
