Participate in deposition and hearing preparations. Oversee discovery processes with support from the eDiscovery team. Requirements Over five years of complex civil litigation experience. Strong academic credentials and legal research skills. Excellent writing and oral communication abilities. Membership to the State Bar of New York required. Education Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
