Director of Operations
Salary: $75,000 – $85,000 + Performance Bonus

Location:   Fully Remote (Must reside in South Florida)

This is not a traditional corporate leadership role. We are looking for a builder—someone who is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and eager to take ownership of projects and operations. The right person will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's future while working directly alongside the Founder.
You'll oversee the operational engine that keeps the company running while helping improve processes, implement new technologies, support business development initiatives, and position the company for long-term growth. If you're energized by working in a fast-paced environment where your ideas make an immediate impact, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner directly with the Founder to oversee the day-to-day operations of the business.
  
• Ensure payroll, independent contractor payouts, and operational workflows are completed accurately and on time.
  
• Oversee and optimize recruiting, onboarding, credentialing, payroll, and independent contractor operations.
  
• Manage and continuously improve caregiver vetting and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.
  
• Build, document, and optimize operational systems, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
  
• Leverage technology, automation, and AI to improve efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance.
  
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive accountability and operational excellence.
  
• Support business development initiatives, referral partnerships, networking efforts, and community outreach.
  
• Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and improve the overall client and caregiver experience.
  
• Take ownership of high-impact projects from concept through execution.
  
• Serve as the Founder's trusted advisor and operational partner, helping solve problems and make informed business decisions.
  
• Travel to New York approximately once per month, as needed.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
  
• 2–5 years of experience in operations, branch management, business management, project management, or a similar leadership role.
  
• Experience in healthcare, home care, home health, or a related healthcare services environment is strongly preferred.
  
• Previous experience as a Branch Administrator, Operations Manager, Practice Manager, or similar role is highly desirable.
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to help build and grow a company.
  
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
  
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Tech-savvy with a passion for leveraging technology, automation, and AI to improve business operations.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms.
  
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable making decisions with minimal oversight.

Compensation & Benefits
