[Responsibilities]

- Travel to client sites within the metro area to repair laptops, desktops, and PC peripherals
- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues by replacing components such as hard drives, motherboards, and keyboards
- Perform whole unit swaps and peripheral repairs or replacements as needed
- Accurately close service tickets in real time using a company-provided phone and call management system
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional communication and timely service

[Required Skills and Experience]

- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with laptop and desktop break-fix
- Practical knowledge of computer hardware and basic Microsoft applications
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic, non-complex technical problems
- Reliable personal vehicle and valid car insurance required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
