Position Overview

We are seeking a Financial Services Associate to support an established advisor practice. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in building a long-term career in the financial services industry.

You will play a key role in supporting both the operational and client service aspects of the practice, helping to ensure a seamless experience for clients while contributing to the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day client service support , including handling inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with account opening, maintenance, and documentation processing
• Support advisors with meeting preparation, follow-up, and client communications
• Coordinate and manage operational workflows to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain accurate client records within CRM systems
• Ensure adherence to firm policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal departments including Operations and Compliance
