Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Schedule: Full-Time | School-Based | Onsite

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite school-based opportunity in Tacoma, WA. This position is ideal for an OT passionate about helping students develop the functional skills needed to succeed academically and participate independently in their school environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to students based on individualized needs
Conduct evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans and IEP goals
Support fine-motor, sensory, visual-motor, self-care, and functional skills
Monitor and document student progress
Participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, special education staff, and other related-service professionals

Requirements:

Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
Completion of all required OT clinical/fieldwork education
Active Washington Occupational Therapist license or eligibility to obtain appropriate state licensure before starting
Must meet applicable state and school district requirements
School-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Ability to work full-time and onsite in Tacoma, WA
