Marketing Lead

Develop and implement global marketing strategies across branding, digital, PR, analyst relations, events, social media, and ABM Ensure alignment with business objectives while tailoring messaging for regional markets with a consistent global voice Leverage AI tools to generate insights and improve campaign performance Lead Generation & Engagement Lead worldwide demand generation efforts in partnership with sales Design and execute thought leadership and nurturing initiatives Oversee event marketing and activations at key industry gatherings Run digital campaigns and co-marketing initiatives with partners Support account-based marketing for strategic accounts in collaboration with sales teams Deliver account insights, market research, and competitive analysis Create sales materials, messaging frameworks, and enablement resources Assist major deal pursuits with customized content and executive engagement Thought Leadership & Executive Influence Provide data-backed strategic guidance to senior leaders Develop executive-level content to strengthen market positioning Build relationships with industry groups, academic institutions, and media Engage analysts and represent the organization at global events Marketing Operations & Team Leadership Manage and mentor a distributed global marketing team Oversee budgets and track performance metrics such as leads, conversions, pipeline impact, and ROI Coordinate planning calendars to align global and regional efforts Use AI-driven analytics to refine campaigns and content Produce case studies and customer success stories Success Metrics Growth in marketing-driven pipeline and revenue Brand visibility and digital reach Efficiency of demand generation (cost per lead, conversion rates) ROI from events and sponsorships Qualifications 15+ years of B2B marketing experience in consulting, tech, or professional services Demonstrated success with global, integrated marketing programs Familiarity with AI-enabled marketing tools preferred Strong communication and executive storytelling abilities Strategic thinker with strong operational execution skills MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business, or a related field Experience leading cross-functional teams in complex, matrixed environments #J-18808-Ljbffr New York Technology Partners
