Project Manager

GarzaEMC is a growing Texas-based civil engineering design, management, and consulting firm seeking an experienced Licensed Project Manager (PM) to support the successful delivery of civil engineering projects across a variety of market sectors. The Project Manager will oversee projects from planning and design through permitting and construction coordination. This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, jurisdictional agencies, and internal teams while managing project schedules, budgets, staffing, and technical coordination. The PM will also lead and mentor Project Engineers, EITs, and CAD personnel to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in alignment with client expectations. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator and team-oriented leader capable of managing multiple projects while providing responsive service, technical leadership, and high-quality project delivery in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the planning, scheduling, coordination, and execution of all project tasks Oversee the technical design of civil engineering elements Direct and coordinate permitting activities with relevant agencies Serve as the primary liaison for clients, design teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies Monitor project progress, schedules, deliverables, and budgetsPrepare and manage fee proposals, contracts, and invoicing Ensure a positive client experience through proactive communication and issue resolution Lead project teams to achieve successful project outcomes from initiation through completion Qualifications Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the State of Texas Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering 2 - 4 years of post-licensure experience required (typically 6–8 years total experience) Experience in site civil and land development engineering Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead interdisciplinary teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and relevant engineering design software preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr GarzaEMC
