Senior Analyst - Life Sciences Consulting

Job Purpose/Overview This is a hybrid role requiring in office work at the Nuvera office in Cedar Knolls, NJ, with remote work Monday‑Wednesday and Friday. Nuvera, now part of Inizio Engage, is a specialized consulting firm in the life sciences. The firm designs, builds, and manages optimal patient and healthcare professional (HCP) treatment experiences for rare diseases and specialty medicines, using data‑driven strategies to improve patient access, adherence, and outcomes from early development through post‑launch. The Senior Analyst will provide research and analysis of specialty products, understand challenges, develop recommendations for support strategies, and participate in building and managing client relationships. Responsibilities Provide key support through project management, secondary and primary research, material accumulation, content expertise, and deliverable creation. Provide analysis and recommendations based on research, including insights and recommendations on findings. Participate in client meetings and presentations. Coordinate and provide internal and external project communications. Develop content for various project work in PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel and other tools as needed. Serve as a content resource for the development of materials, market research reports, and implementation of studies. Contribute to the timeliness, accuracy, and completeness of all projects. Participate in project team meetings and collaborate with fellow team members to efficiently complete engagements within project scope. Perform other work as assigned. Required Experience & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA or Master’s preferred. Management consulting experience with 3+ years of experience generating research materials and summaries. Presentation and presentation development skills. Demonstrated ability to effectively handle multiple priorities within a changing environment. Experience working with and advising key account/client stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio. United States citizenship or valid VISA. Understanding and knowledge of healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including product launch/commercialization, product strategy and positioning, commercial operations, patient services, market access, product access and administration, reimbursement support, adherence solutions, hub services, health outcomes strategy & optimization, specialty pharmacy distribution, customer insights, commercial model transformation, and customer engagement.
