Own Kiva's organic social media strategy and day-to-day content planning. Partner with the Sr. Manager of Growth and Lifecycle to align social with organizational goals. Recommend channel expansions and adapt to algorithm changes. Key Responsibilities: Manage content schedules, design and copywriting processes. Administer Sprout Social for publishing and performance tracking. Monitor community engagement and escalate appropriately. Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of social media management experience. Experience with Sprout Social and Canva. Strong attention to detail and written communication. What We Offer: Fully remote work and comprehensive benefits.
