Heritage Truck Equipment in Hartville, Ohio is hiring assemblers to the join the chassis assembly department. Benefits include 100% employer-paid medical insurance premiums, monthly attendance bonuses, 401K with company match and more!Full-time - First Shift - 50 hours/weekRoles & Responsibilities (Sub-Assembly - Training)Pre-assemble hydraulic pumps/hydraulic tanksBuild light panelsAssemble control towersAssemble lift axles/hoistsQualifications (Sub-Assembly)Basic mechanical skillsRoles & Responsibilities (Assembly)Assemble chassis according to spec sheetInstall lift axles, hydraulic systems, control towers, etc.Use of torches, plasma cutters and weldersRun wires and airlinesWelding and fabricatingQualifications (Assembly)Intermediate mechanical skillsKnowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems a plusWelding experience a plusOther Qualifications (Sub-Assembly & Assembly)Strong attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamSolid work history is a mustReliable attendanceReliable TransportationProvide own tools *list available upon requestHigh School Diploma or equivalentJob Offers:Full-timeFirst Shift50 hours/weekWeekly pay100% employer paid medical insurance premiums.Optional dental/vision insurance401K with company matchPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysMonthly Attendance Bonus (up to $5,100 in first year, up to $5,800 per year after first year)$2,000 sign-on bonusTool list available upon request**WELD TEST MAY BE REQUESTED IF APPLICANT HAS PRIOR WELDING EXPERIENCEIf you are looking to start a career with a company that has shown continuous growth over the last 20 years, offers competitive pay and amazing benefits, apply today and join our ever-growing team!
