Chassis Modifications WelderLocation: Hartville, OhioSchedule: Full-Time, First Shift, 50+ hours/weekCompensation: Weekly pay+ Monthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year) + $2,000 Sign On BonusAre you an experienced MIG welder looking to advance your career? Heritage Truck Equipment, a leading manufacturer of custom truck bodies, is seeking skilled welders to join our production team. With over 20 years of consistent growth, we offer a stable work environment, competitive pay, and exceptional benefits.Key Responsibilities:Measure and cut chassis frames per work instructionsInstall hinge assemblies, cross members and pintle plates as requiredPerform MIG welding on steel components ensuring welds meet quality and safety standardsDrill holes and bolt on components when requiredCollaborate with Team members to meet production goalsMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Proven experience in MIG welding of steelProven experience in cutting steel using plasma cuttersAbility to read tape a measure and interpret blue printsKnowledge and use basic hand toolsStrong work history with reliable attendancePositive attitude and team-oriented mindsetReliable transportation to our Hartville facilityBenefits100% Employer-Paid Medical Insurance PremiumsOptional Dental and Vision Insurance401k with Company MatchPaid Time Off and HolidaysMonthly Attendance Bonuses (up to $5,800/year)$2,000 Sign-on BonusWeekly Pay SchedulePlease note: A welding test will be conducted during the interview process.
