We are seeking highly skilled Janitor/Floor Specialists to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment. You must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, prolong standing, and frequent bending. Being able to use and operate floor machines is critical . You must have reliable transportation and be able to work in Tuskegee/Montgomery AL 36109.
Candidates must be a US Citizen, Permanent Resident, Green Card, or Employment Authorization Card/ legally be in the U.S. for 3 or more years and be able to pass a background check and drug test.

Work is to be performed weekly Monday - Friday. 7:00a.m- 3:30pm CDT
M-F 3:00 p.m.- 11:30 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday 7:00 a.m.- 3:30 p.m.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties such as: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and polishing of floors
- Perform routine floor maintenance tasks: stripping, refinishing hard and resilient flooring and other surfaces
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- Cleaning (but not limited to) Restrooms, windows, offices, dining areas, furniture, elevators, lobby areas, and outpatient areas
- Replenishing supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning, Floor care, working in a warehouse, school, hospital or hotel setting
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
Salary - $17.20-$22.00 per hour (depending on experience).
Minimum Experience – Have at least one years’ experience as a janitor and floor specialist
Minimum Education – High school diploma or equivalent; Sufficient to read, write and speak the English language.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
