We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Welding Equipment Repair Technician to join our in-house team. This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining welding machines and related electronic equipment, ensuring high performance and reliability for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair welding equipment (MIG, TIG, Stick, and related systems)

Perform advanced electrical and electronic diagnostics on welding machines

Complete repairs within standardized turnaround times

Work independently with minimal supervision

Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation

Track and manage inventory of replacement parts

Unpack, inspect, test, and repack equipment

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong background in electronics, electrical systems, or welding equipment repair

Experience working with welding machines and power supplies preferred

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

High attention to detail and quality workmanship

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently

Tools & Equipment

All tools are provided. Experience with the following is preferred:

Oscilloscope

Soldering iron and desoldering tools (solder sucker)

Multimeters and diagnostic equipment

Cordless screwdriver and general hand tools

Preferred (Not Required)

Previous experience repairing welding equipment or industrial electronics

Knowledge of major welding equipment brands

Certification in electronics, electrical technology, or related field
